Some of the nevi located in the occipital area and central part of the face can gradually fade and subside with age. Nevus erythematosus is a kind of congenital malformation of capillary development, often appearing at birth or soon after birth, and is most common on the face, neck and scalp. For nevus erythematosus located on the occipital area and the middle of the face, some of them can fade away with age, but there are some cases that do not fade away for a lifetime. For nevus of bright red spot located on one side of the face, it usually persists throughout life.
