Sneezing stomach pain may be due to a sharp increase in abdominal pressure in a short period of time when sneezing. The receptors on the surface of the intestinal tube, when they sense the pressure change, transmit signals to the nervous system in the intestinal cavity, which makes a series of reflex contractions, known as reflex intestinal contractions of the nerves. When the intestinal canal contracts rapidly and spasmodically, it may cause stomach pain. However, not everyone has stomach pain when sneezing. If stomach pain occurs when sneezing, it may be related to the individual’s body type and intestinal sensitivity. Some people have a highly sensitive and irritable intestinal tract that is more sensitive to stimuli, pressure or temperature changes. Some people may also experience pain in the stomach when they get cold, or even after a bumpy run or car ride, but most people do not experience such conditions, which are mainly caused by individual physical factors.
