Each tablet contains 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide. The excipients are: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate.

Dosage and Administration
Take orally. Adults: 1 to 2 tablets once, 3 to 4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
The following adverse reactions may be seen, but the frequency of occurrence is unknown.
– Neurological system: drowsiness, dizziness, vertigo, weakness, agitation, involuntary muscle contractions, and in rare patients, mental confusion and headache.
– Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, belching, abdominal discomfort (e.g., stomach pain, constipation).
– Immune system: hypersensitivity and allergic reactions, including rash, urticaria, edema, pruritus, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
– Mental disorders: visual hallucinations and psychosis. These adverse reactions are more pronounced in the case of overdose.
– Skin and subcutaneous tissue: rash, urticaria, pruritus, erythema, allergic dermatitis.
Overdose can cause confusion, bronchospasm, respiratory depression.
Contraindications
1. Contraindicated if you are hypersensitive to dextromethorphan hydrobromide or any other ingredients of this drug.
2. Contraindicated in women within 3 months of pregnancy, in those with a history of psychiatric disorders, and in nursing mothers.

Drug Interaction】 1.
1. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and antidepressants. Do not take this product for 2 weeks after taking or stopping the following drugs because of adverse effects such as euphoria, hypertension, and hyperthermia (temperature ≥40°C): monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., moclobemide, tranylcypromine, clonidine, iproniazid, and isocarbohydrazide), selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors (e.g., fluoxetine, sibutramine, sertraline, or paroxetine), bupropion linezolid, procarbazine, and slegiline.
2. Before starting this product, consult your physician or pharmacist if you are taking any of the following medications, as it may be necessary to adjust the dose of any of them or discontinue treatment: amiodarone, quinidine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as celecoxib, parecoxib, or vadicoxib), central nervous system depressants (some of which are used in the treatment of psychiatric disorders, allergies, Parkinson’s disease, etc.), expectorants and mucolytics, CYP2D6 inhibitors (e.g., haloperidol).
