Sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm of the heart. The heartbeat is controlled by the sinus node, which is the pacing point for the heart’s conduction impulses. The sinus node is a small node in the right atrium of the human heart that automatically and regularly generates conduction impulses and is the pacing point of the heart. Every time an impulse occurs in the sinoatrial node, the heart beats once, which is known medically as sinus rhythm. The normal sinus rhythm is 60-100 beats per minute, if it is lower than 60 beats per minute, it is called sinus bradycardia; if it is more than 100 beats per minute, it is called sinus tachycardia. In daily life, try to drink less strong tea, less smoking and drinking, do not take drugs that can easily cause heart excitement or make the heart beat faster, keep a happy mood, do not be overly excited or anxious, combine work and rest, improve physical function, and actively prevent some heart diseases.
