Self-test for bad breath?

For bad breath, it is a more common clinical symptom. To measure bad breath, in fact, a simpler and more objective approach is to have someone else do the check. But many patients are willing to make a preliminary measurement of bad breath for their own face reasons, and there are some ways to do this. The first one is to lick our tongue on the inside of our wrist and wait for a while to smell the area to see if there is a significant odor. The second can directly cover the mouth and nose with both hands and exhale a large mouthful of air. Then smell the gas there is no obvious odor, of course, this method for rhinitis or with the cold patients are relatively less sensitive. Another method is to look in the mirror and observe your own tongue and gums. The normal tongue and gums are pink, if you look in the mirror and see that your tongue is particularly thick, white or yellow, most of them also mean that there is bad breath.
