Some are fear of halitosis caused by psychological stress and mental hypersensitivity.  6, Chinese medicine believes that the etiology of halitosis are: stomach fire on inflammation, liver fire offending the stomach, food stagnation stop stomach, phlegm and heat congestion lung.
