After drinking alcohol and vomiting blood, patients should go to the emergency department because after drinking alcohol or being intoxicated, the alcohol will damage the gastric mucosa, in addition, when vomiting, it will tear the gastric mucosa, or the gastric mucosa may be damaged by violent contraction, which will cause gastric bleeding. After the stomach bleeding, the bleeding should be stopped and the gastric mucosal protector should be used intravenously after going to the hospital, and since the patient is in an intoxicated state after drinking alcohol, it is best to use sobriety drugs intravenously for treatment. If necessary, a gastric tube should be inserted to clean the contents of the stomach cavity, and hemostatic drugs can be injected into the gastric tube for treatment.
