The treatment means in this period are: oral medication, hot herbal medicine, acupuncture point application, infusion, closure, traction and manipulation (mainly light manipulation), etc. 2.Therapeutic period Apply the characteristic treatment techniques of the Department (Orthopedic Injury I) to reset the destabilized vertebrae and spinous processes and repair the physiological curvature and normal structure of the spine. 3, rehabilitation exercise period The rehabilitation period focuses on functional exercise, the cervical spine to do confrontation exercises (see my article on the most scientific exercise methods for the cervical spine), the lumbar spine including swallow, five-point support (see my article on the exercise methods for the lumbar back muscles) + shrugging shoulders and chest expansion and lazy back. Can not run and jump, play ball. 5. You need to rest as much as possible on the day of treatment, and you can take a walk the next day, three times a day, in order not to cause pain, and record the time when the pain starts to appear and the time when it is relieved for the doctor’s reference. 6. You need to sleep on a hard bed. 7. When applying hot Chinese medicine, lay a plastic sheet and dry the medicine pack until it is warm (70~80 degrees) on the affected area. The medicine pack directly touches the skin or wrapped with a towel so that the medicine can penetrate into the affected area or placed on the affected area covered with a plastic sheet. Apply hot compresses for about 40 to 50 minutes, once in the morning and once in the evening.
