Is a body temperature of 36 degrees normal?

A body temperature of 36°C is normal. A normal human body temperature should be between 36°C and 37°C. Under healthy conditions, with a normal diet and appropriate clothing, a person’s body temperature is relatively constant. A person’s body temperature can change due to the environment, and the body temperature can vary mildly within the normal range. After eating, working or strenuous exercise, or suddenly entering a hot environment, as well as emotional excitement and other factors, the body temperature can rise slightly. Women’s body temperature can also be high during menstruation and pregnancy. Body temperature also varies with each person’s physical condition, and many people’s body temperature does not remain constant throughout the day. It is normal for the body temperature to be close to 36°C or slightly above 36°C in the early morning, slightly higher in the afternoon, and sometimes as high as 37°C. These variations are normal. There are also slight differences in body temperature at different ages, for example, children have a higher body temperature than adults because of their high metabolic rate, and older people have a slightly lower body temperature than young adults because of their low metabolic rate. Therefore, a body temperature of 36°C is a normal body temperature, and body temperature fluctuates every day, so there is no need to worry too much.
