Internal haemorrhoids may not bleed during defecation, but may appear as blood wiping, dripping or spraying after defecation, and stop on its own afterwards. Internal haemorrhoids usually bleed intermittently, so if you have internal haemorrhoids and they do not bleed during defecation, it does not necessarily mean that they have disappeared. You still need to pay attention to your daily habits and diet, and visit the hospital for regular reviews if necessary.
