There are more types of minimally invasive surgical methods for cervical spondylosis, and the representative ones include endoscopic cervical discectomy, minimally invasive decompression of the cervical spinal canal, radiofrequency ablation of the cervical shoulder disc, and the more popular one is foraminoscopic cervical discectomy at present. The intervertebral foraminoscopic technique is currently more widely adopted for single-segment cervical disc herniation, and cervical puncture is usually performed using special instruments under the guidance of a fluoroscopy machine. To position the puncture needle to the cervical disc herniation in the spinal canal under the guidance of the fluoroscopy machine, the soft tissue expansion cannula is then used to expand in sequence, and the surgeon performs the surgical operation under the observation of the video system to remove the herniated disc. Due to the less invasive nature of the procedure, the patient’s recovery after surgery is relatively quick.
