  The herniated disc is not the only cause of back and leg pain, the key is the change of vertebral curvature. Second, symptoms recur and bone and joint displacement. Third, the emergence of a variety of spinal origin diseases, such as male hypogonadism, female dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, as well as gastrointestinal disorders, panic, chest tightness, insomnia, chronic pharyngitis, etc.. These four easier to perform chest expansion exercises, adhere to the exercise for 10-20 minutes a day, can adjust the balance of thoracic back muscle force, to prevent the thoracic spine one-way scoliosis.  In addition, in the daily exercise, it is recommended that more swimming, especially breaststroke and other exercises to maintain spinal balance, avoid frequent one-way sports such as badminton.
