Dilated cardiomyopathy is hereditary, and the incidence of this type of cardiomyopathy is about (13-84)/100,000 in China. After diagnosis, patients have a 5-year survival rate of about 50%, while the 10-year survival rate is about 25%. The clinical manifestations of patients are mainly heart failure, arrhythmia, sudden death, cardiac enlargement, and thromboembolism, and the prognosis of this disease is relatively poor. Clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic and supportive, and patients are advised to use drugs that prevent further changes in heart morphology and slow down the progression of the disease, for example, patients can choose to apply drugs like perindopril, metoprolol, spironolactone, which can relatively help slow down the progression of the disease.
