I. Objectives.

II. Precautions.
1.Avoid heat application.
2.Avoid prolonged standing/walking/slowing down and rotational movements.
3.In combination with medial collateral ligament injury, external rotation stress should be avoided during treatment training and functional activities.
3.Therapeutic measures.
1.KT1000 examination.
2.Isometric test, functional test, balance test.
3.Customized postoperative brace, wearing guidance.
4.Cold therapy guidance.
5.Progressive gait training.
6, Brace locked at 0° using crutches for partial weight bearing within the tolerable range (patellar tendon).
7.Family plan.
A. Postoperative rehabilitation education.
B. Quadriceps contraction training.
C. Straight leg raising exercises (brace locked at 0°).
D. Patella release.
E. Passive extension (padded towel).
F. Active flexion and active extension with assistance 90°~0° training.
8. Active ROM and active ROM exercises with assistance.
9. Progressive resistance exercises and functional activities.
10. Electrical stimulation/biofeedback (muscle retraining).
IV. Achievement of surgical indications.
1.Normal ROM.
2.Normal gait.
3.Ability to walk up and down stairs without the aid of aids.
4. Ability to independently perform post-surgical rehabilitation.
