  Rehabilitation program within 6 weeks after surgery 1.Supine position, hold the knee and drape the lower leg so that the knee joint is flexed After 4 weeks after surgery, the following exercises will be added: 2.Micro-squatting exercises against the wall 3.Forward facing step exercises: forward facing step, up and down step exercises  4.Lateral step exercise: lateral facing the step, up and down the step exercise.  5.Heel lift exercise: stand, keep your knees fully extended, stand on your heels.
