Complaint: Weakness of chewing on the right tooth. History: The patient complained of tooth decay due to misalignment of teeth, which affected the cleaning, and failed to seek timely treatment due to dental phobia, which has seriously affected her life. Now she came to our hospital for comprehensive treatment. Examination: right upper 2, 3, 4 and 5 are not aligned. Right upper 2 deep caries, probe (+), no obvious pulp penetration hole, right upper 3 caries deep to the pulp cavity, probe (+), right upper 4 near the middle adjacent surface caries, probe pulp penetration, right upper 5 residual root, pulp chamber exposed, pulp base not penetrated. Treatment: full mouth cleaning. Right upper 2,3,4,5 root canal treatment was performed. Diagnostic waxing was done, the right affected tooth was realigned to the patient’s satisfaction and then the silicone rubber guide was turned over and the tooth was prepared according to the guide. Fiber pile + resin core + zirconia all-ceramic crown was used to repair the defect on the upper right 2,3,4,5.
