Foreskin glansitis is an inflammation of the inner plate of the foreskin and the head of the penis. It can be caused by various pathogenic infections, foreskin scale irritation of the foreskin and the head of the penis, and other factors. It is divided into prepuce and glansitis, and there are two types, infectious and non-infectious, which are mostly clinically referred to as prepuce glansitis because of the actual combined episodes. The majority of the clinical cases are non-infectious glansitis, and infectious glansitis is more common. Infectious ones are often caused by infection with Candida albicans trichomonas or other bacteria, and non-infectious ones are caused by local irritation such as foreskin scale stimulation. The type and performance of the glans penis (1) acute superficial glans penis: the initial local flushing, penile skin redness, swelling, glans burning and itching. The foreskin can be opened to see congestion and erosion, with exudate and even bleeding. Secondary infection can be seen as small ulcers, and milky white foul-smelling secretions. (2) Circumferential ulcerative glansitis: red spots are visible on the glans foreskin, gradually expanding in a circular pattern, forming an ulcerative surface. (3) Candida albicans glans: red spots are visible on the glans of the foreskin, with a smooth surface and small herpes, with clear edges, and vesicles and exudate during acute attacks. (4) Trichomonas glans: papules and erythematous spots on the glans gradually expand, the edges are clear, small pinhead-sized blisters are visible on the erythematous spots, and finally a vesicular surface is formed.
