Is it possible to grow taller with loud bones

Bone ringing does not mean that you can grow taller. There are many patients who take it for granted that bone ringing during the growth period is due to the rapid growth of the bone, which then causes the bone to collide with each other and produce a ringing sound, but this is not the case. Bone ringing is often due to some tendons around the bone passing over the surface of the bone while sliding, after which a string-like fluctuation is produced, at which point a strange sound is produced. There is also the possibility of abnormal pressure release in the joints around the bone, which in turn causes the joints around the bone to rattle, all of which are not related to growth and development in any way. Adolescents who have recently grown in height during the growth period often show a recent increase in appetite, drowsiness, or pain in the lower extremities or lower back, which are the symptoms that indicate that the patient has recently grown in height. To sum up, bone ringing has nothing to do with height growth.
