If a luteal cyst ruptures, emergency treatment should be administered. For patients with minimal bleeding and stable condition, conservative treatment such as medication can be used to stop the bleeding. For patients with more bleeding, laparoscopic surgery is preferred along with aggressive anti-shock treatment.
