Due to the itching, local breakage can easily occur, in this case, bacteria and fungi will co-exist in the local wound, forming a mixed infection, if the infection is heavy, there can also be swollen lymph nodes in the armpit, including the edema of the upper limbs due to poor lymphatic flow.
