Is it allergic pharyngitis that causes itchy throat and coughing? What should I do?

Allergic pharyngitis is mainly manifested by the symptoms of itchy throat and cough that appears after the itchy throat, mainly aggravated in the early morning, morning and night, and also during the day, but the symptoms are not very severe. Some patients have more cough in the morning or at night, which is related to the body’s hormone levels, especially to adrenaline levels. During the day, adrenaline levels are higher, keeping the body in a waking state. In the morning and at night, adrenaline levels decrease and melatonin levels increase, allowing the body to go to sleep. Therefore, when adrenaline levels are lowered, the body will experience some allergic reactions. Once the corresponding symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult the ENT department as soon as possible to give anti-allergic medication. Clinically, the most common anti-allergic drugs are loratadine, cetirizine and montelukast, which are given orally to achieve better results. If the effect is poor, hormone therapy may also be required.
