3. Infectious mononucleosis buccal pharyngitis: this type of buccal pharyngitis has mild sore throat, but there is a sense of pharyngeal obstruction, the tonsils will be red and swollen, there will be extensive congestion of the mucous membranes in the pharyngeal and buccal areas, and there will be pseudomembrane on the surface of some tonsils. Systemic symptoms are severe, with high fever, headache, and sometimes rash and splenomegaly.
