Allergic rhinitis is a common clinical disease in otorhinolaryngology, and the currently accepted treatment for allergic rhinitis is the local application of steroid hormone therapy. It has been found that patients with nasal septum are prone to allergic rhinitis. This is because after the deviation of nasal septum, the structure of nasal cavity is changed, which will affect the drainage of nasal cavity and sinuses, and allergens will collect locally, which will cause inflammation of nasal mucosa or aggravate allergic symptoms, such as nasal congestion, sneezing and runny nose. After the latest international research, it is found that correction of deviated nasal septum in patients with allergic rhinitis, accompanied by deviated nasal septum can play a very good therapeutic effect. Therefore, the current domestic and international theories believe that patients with allergic rhinitis accompanied by deviated nasal septum should first treat deviated nasal septum so as to achieve better therapeutic effect.
