Minimally invasive procedure for deviated nasal septum

The procedure of minimally invasive nasal septal surgery involves the patient being placed in a semi-sitting position in the operating room under general anesthesia, and a nasal endoscope is used to enter the nasal cavity and magnify the nasal structures 5-6 times under the monitor. The cartilage of the septum and the bony part of the septum, such as the vertical plate of the sieve bone, the septal cartilage near the bridge of the nose, and the pterygoid and pteronasal cartilage can be clearly observed. Minimally invasive nasal septal surgery is performed by removing the tension band between the cartilage of the nasal septum and the bone part of the septum and the base of the nose, and the septum is flattened after the tension disappears.
