Diffuse panfine bronchiolitis is a rare disease. 1. Diffuse panbronchiolitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that pervades the respiratory bronchi of both lungs. Involvement is mainly in the terminal airways distal to the respiratory bronchi, as the inflammatory lesions are distributed throughout the respiratory bronchi. 2. Diffuse panbronchiolitis usually presents with symptoms related to cough and chest tightness. Chest CT examination often shows diffuse lobular center nodules, tree bud sign, bronchial dilatation and other related manifestations. Patients with advanced disease often have purulent sputum and diffuse panfine bronchitis, which is often accompanied by sinusitis. Diffuse panfine bronchiolitis is a rare disease with a relatively low incidence. Clinical diagnostic criteria require high-resolution chest CT, lung function, and pathologic biopsy. The condition needs to be clarified under the guidance of a physician, and treatment is selected according to the severity of the condition.
