What’s wrong with itchy inner thighs?

Itchy inner thighs can be either ringworm or eczema. Tinea cruris is usually symmetrical on the inner thighs in the groin, with clear edges and large scales, which can be surrounded by papular blisters and inflammatory reactions. In eczema, the distribution is usually in large patches, and the edges are not very clear. If this occurs, topical hormonal creams can be used, such as Denide Cream or Paregoric Pine Cream. If a fungal infection is found Denide cream cannot be used and Miconazole nitrate cream is needed.
