Acute gastroenteritis, mostly caused by seafood

  In the intestinal clinic, often encounter some “vomiting and diarrhea” of acute gastroenteritis patients, a question about medical history, many patients have eaten seafood before the onset. Here is a special reminder that although seafood is delicious, it must be cooked thoroughly before eating. If you process seafood yourself, try to buy live products, and be sure to cook them thoroughly (crabs, shellfish and other hard-shelled, generally need to cook for 30 minutes before eating). Add vinegar, grated ginger and raw garlic when eating seafood to help kill any harmful germs left behind.
