Psoriasis is also known as psoriasis, there is no complete eradication method at present, but it can be controlled by topical medication, systemic medication, biologic agent therapy and physical therapy to improve symptoms and improve patients’ quality of life. 1. Topical drug treatment: Usually, moisturizers such as glycerin and urea cream are needed to protect the skin; topical glucocorticosteroids such as hydrocortisone cream and dexamethasone ointment can improve the symptoms; topical retinoids such as retinoic acid ointment can be used to exfoliate the skin; those who are intolerant of glucocorticosteroids can be treated with topical calcium-modulated phosphatase inhibitors such as tacrolimus. 2. Systemic drug therapy: for moderate to severe psoriasis patients, oral immunosuppressant therapy, such as methotrexate, cyclosporine, etc.; for plaque-type, pustular-type and arthropathic-type psoriasis, oral retinoic acid drugs, such as Avitamin A. 3. Biological agent treatment: for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis who are ineffective or poorly tolerated by conventional treatment, biological agents such as adalimumab and etanercept can be used. 4. Physical therapy: such as photochemotherapy, narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet light and so on. It is recommended that patients strictly follow the doctor’s instructions to use drugs, not blindly self-medication.
