Pancreatic cyst review program

Specific review items of pancreatic cysts mainly include clinical examination, imaging examination, laboratory tests, etc.. Pancreatic cysts may be related to congenital development, pancreatitis or tumor, and most of them are stable lesions. The review items include the following: 1. Clinical examination: if the cyst increases in size and causes compression around the cyst, it may cause pressing pain and localized mass, and clinical examination is needed to judge the lesion. 2. Imaging examination: mainly including ultrasound, CT and MRI, to directly observe the size of the pancreatic cyst and its relationship with the surrounding tissues, to determine whether further intervention is needed. 3. Laboratory tests: blood tests such as routine blood tests, amylase and C-reactive protein are needed to determine whether there is any activity; in addition, screening of tumor markers (such as CA199) can be done to rule out the possibility of neoplastic lesions. If pancreatic cysts are accompanied by obvious abdominal pain and abnormal digestive function, it is necessary to consult a doctor for timely observation and standardized treatment under the guidance of clinicians.
