What should I look for in the hospital if my menstruation is dark and scanty?

A routine gynaecological check-up, ultrasound and sex hormone examination are recommended. If there are only changes in menstruation and no other accompanying symptoms, management is carried out according to the results of the examination and in conjunction with the doctor’s recommendations.
If the menstruation is dark, sometimes accompanied by blood clots and vague pain in the small abdomen, consider that it may be caused by blood stasis.
