How long does it take for a third degree of cleanliness to heal itself

Whether and how long it takes to heal on its own depends on the severity of the condition, the patient’s resistance and other factors, and needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Cleanliness usually refers to the cleanliness of the vagina. I and II are normal, while cleanliness III indicates that the vaginal environment has been contaminated and there may be vaginal inflammation. Since the vagina has a certain self-cleaning function, if the patient has no accompanying symptoms and has a strong resistance in the past, if she can take good care of herself, such as washing her vulva with warm water every day, she can usually heal herself in a week or so. However, if the patient has other symptoms, such as vulvar itching, yellowish leucorrhea, odor, etc., it is not recommended to wait for self-healing, but to go to the gynecology department of a regular hospital in time to undergo standardized treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor, such as local vaginal medication, systemic antibiotic anti-infection treatment, etc., so as not to delay the condition. Patients are advised to take good care of their personal hygiene, wash their vulva every day, change their underwear regularly, enhance nutrition, eat more fruits and fresh vegetables, maintain a regular diet and rest, and stay in a relaxed mood.
