It is possible to pass on the rash to other children.
It is a viral infection and can be spread through respiratory droplets. If your baby’s body resistance is weak, and you are in contact with a child who is suffering from ERS for a long period of time, it is possible to get infected with ERS.
Childhood emergency rash usually occurs in children between 6 months and 2 years of age, the child suffering from childhood emergency rash should be actively isolated and treated, and try to avoid contact with other children.
Typical manifestation of toddler emergency rash is that the fever goes down and the rash comes out, i.e. after the fever goes down, the general condition of the child improves, but a light red rash starts to appear on the anterior chest, face and other parts of the body, with no obvious itchiness. The condition usually recovers on its own in 3-5 days. It is recommended to seek prompt medical attention if you find any acute rash in your toddler.
