How to treat diabetic eye lesions

Diabetic eye disease is mainly diabetic retinopathy, treatment methods include blood sugar control, retinal photocoagulation therapy, surgical treatment and so on. 1. Retinal photocoagulation: Severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy should be treated with retinal photocoagulation as early as possible. 3. Surgery: Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy should undergo vitrectomy as soon as possible if there is vitreous blood accumulation without absorption, fibrous proliferation in front of the retina, macular edema or retinal detachment.
