Characteristics of leukorrhea in Candida vaginitis

Candida vaginitis leucorrhoea should be characterized by white, sticky, thick, more voluminous, or curd-like or pea-like leucorrhoea. Candidiasis, also known as Pseudomonas vulvae infection, should have a vaginal pH less than 4.5. Pseudomonas is biphasic, with a yeast phase and a mycelial phase, the yeast phase being the spores. When the local environment is changed and the immunity is low, the yeast phase transforms into the mycelial phase and multiplies, producing clotted, pea-like leucorrhea. The main symptoms are vulvar itching and increased leucorrhea.
