If you can’t tolerate it, you can take oral pain relief, or anti-inflammatory pain, one tablet at a time, up to four tablets per day.  After surgery, you should rest for two days, sit more, lie down more, walk less, and wear loose pants.  After surgery, it is normal to have edema of the penis and glans, local bruising, bruising, and white or yellow discharge from the surgical wound, not infection or pus, which will be eliminated after seven days of soaking in warm water with light salt. On the day of surgery, scrub the upper and lower 1.5 cm of the surgical incision and the entire glans with 5% povidone-iodine, 4-5 times a day until the surgical incision is completely healed, usually for two weeks.  After a week of surgery, you can take a bath and use povidone iodine to disinfect the surgical incision after bathing. On the 8th day after surgery, you can start to soak the entire surgical wound with a disposable cup of warm water with light salt, once in the morning and once in the evening, for 5 to 10 minutes each time. If there are still threads after three weeks after multiple soaks, you can come to the hospital to remove the threads.  After the surgery, you can use a paper cup, hollow out the bottom of the cup, reverse set around the penis, fixed with a rubber band on the body, to protect the surgical incision wound, if the doctor has a special account after the surgery to account for the content shall prevail.
