How about circumcision?

Circumcision refers to the ability of the foreskin to wrap around the head of the penis, preventing it from being fully exposed. However, since the penis has two forms: erect and atrophic, the medical definition of circumcision should refer to the foreskin wrapping around the head of the penis in an erect state in order to be able to diagnose circumcision. If the foreskin wraps around the glans in a shrunken state, but the glans is fully exposed after erection, it is not possible to diagnose circumcision. The circumcision can easily lead to glansitis and the accumulation of prepuce, so it is recommended that if there is a circumcision, it should be treated promptly.
