Does seminal emission hurt?

Seminal emission is not painful. Seminal emission refers to the automatic flow of semen out of the body when no sexual intercourse has occurred. Spermatorrhea tends to occur during sleep and rarely occurs when one is more conscious, but when one is more conscious it is called ejaculation. In the process of seminal emission, the patient does not feel any pain, and seminal emission is also the process of eliminating semen from the body. Occasional seminal emission does not have a major impact on the body and therefore does not need to be treated. However, if seminal emission is frequent, it may pose a greater danger to the body, such as overexertion, mental depression and poorer health.
