Slight stomach pain in early pregnancy

Mild stomach pains in early pregnancy can be divided into physiological abdominal pains and pathological abdominal pains. Physiological abdominal pain can usually be relieved by rest and requires no special treatment. Pathological abdominal pain may be caused by pre-eclampsia, ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy complications, etc., which need to be treated according to the specific situation. I. Physiological abdominal pain: after pregnancy, the embryo grows and develops in the uterus, the uterus will gradually expand, the ligaments around the uterus are stretched, and the pregnant woman will feel slight pain in her stomach. The pain mostly occurs on one or both sides of the uterus in the lower abdomen, and is involved pain, dull pain or hidden pain, which usually does not affect daily life and does not require special treatment, and bed rest is sufficient when feeling uncomfortable. Pathological abdominal pain: 1. Pre-eclampsia: If the stomach pain is mild and accompanied by vaginal bleeding, it is mostly considered to be caused by pre-eclampsia, if the symptoms are mild, it is recommended that the pregnant woman rest and avoid intercourse. The former can be treated by progesterone injection or oral progesterone preparations, while the latter can be treated with oral thyroid tablets in small doses. After the vaginal bleeding stops, if the ultrasound examination indicates that the embryo is alive, the pregnancy can be continued; if the examination indicates that the embryo is dysplastic, the pregnancy can be terminated under the guidance of the doctor; 2. Ectopic pregnancy: it is mostly pain in the small abdomen on one side and no gestational sac is seen in the uterus by ultrasound examination, so it can be judged as ectopic pregnancy, and it is recommended to seek medical attention in time. The former is mainly applicable to young women with fertility requirements, while the latter is applicable to acute patients with ectopic pregnancy without fertility requirements and internal bleeding complicated by shock; drug therapy is generally chemotherapy, mainly applicable to patients with stable condition and persistent ectopic pregnancy after conservative surgery. If a pregnant woman has a combination of inflammation of the digestive system, it is recommended to adjust the diet structure, avoid cold, greasy and spicy food, and do not take antibiotics at will. If the symptoms are aggravated, it is recommended to consult a doctor and take oral penicillin drugs under the guidance of a doctor for treatment.
