Diagnosis : Clinical manifestations: ● Chronic, recurrent eye redness, tearing, photophobia, blepharospasm, and other systemic manifestations. ● Frequent blinking (most commonly associated with dry eyes, allergies, and other eye diseases). ● Medical history >2 times per year with persistent redness in both eyes for more than a week Highly suspicious of dry eye. Treatment: ● Artificial tears. The main varieties currently on the market are New Tearran and Siren. Prevention: ● Remove the cause and improve the environment. ● Pay attention to the drug toxicity of point drugs: antiviral drugs, aminoglycoside antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. ● Preservatives, additives, abuse of drugs. ● Avoid open air conditioning and poor air circulation. ● Improve dry air. ● Pay attention to family decoration and home.
