Is colorectal cancer because the stool is always flushed?

Many people have sticky stools, flush not clean, sometimes flush several times there will still be “residual” residue, is also a capital embarrassment ah! But why is this? Is it really like the rumors on the Internet, stool always sticky toilet can not be flushed, is a precursor of colon cancer? In fact, the stool pattern is only an indicator of the content of human diet. Therefore, the rumor that “stool sticking to the toilet is a precursor of colorectal cancer” is not entirely correct. There are no clear studies that show that people with sticky stools have a higher chance of developing colon cancer than the average person. Why does stool become unformed? The main component of stool is dietary fiber that cannot be digested and absorbed by the human body. If you consume more fruits and vegetables, grains and other high-fiber foods in your daily diet, the excreted stool will be more easily formed. In other words, if you eat too much high-fat, high-protein, refined starch (pastry, white bread, corn flour) food, it will naturally lead to stools that are not easily formed and have a dry and sticky texture. The intestines secrete mucus, which is supposed to help lubricate the stool, but because of the lack of sufficient fiber in food or intestinal dysfunction, the stool is not easily formed, resulting in sticky stools. There is no causal relationship between colorectal cancer and sticky stool. Sticky stool is mainly related to diet and intestinal function, normal people can have sticky stool due to dietary factors, if we have to worry about colorectal cancer just because of sticky stool, it is a bit overkill. It is true that bowel cancer patients can have the symptoms of unformed stool and mucus in stool, but these symptoms are combined and there is no cause-and-effect relationship. Just like a kitten and a puppy growing up at the same time, it looks like the kitten is growing up at the same time as the puppy, but there is no causal relationship between the two. If it is accompanied by dark or bloody stools and more frequent stools, you need to be highly alert to investigate whether it is caused by colorectal cancer. In addition, if there are fixed indentations in the stool, a colonoscopy should be performed to rule out organic diseases. How to improve sticky stool? 1.Improve diet structure: eat more vegetables, fruits, grains and other fiber-rich foods, reduce the proportion of greasy and high-protein foods in food. 2, improve intestinal flora: drink yogurt or supplement probiotic preparations. 3, avoid sedentary, participate in more physical activities to help improve the function of the digestive tract. 4, emotions have a big impact on the function of the gastrointestinal tract, so maintaining a good mood is also an important point.
