How to eat and drink for femoral head necrosis?

Femoral head necrosis is a chronic disease with a long course and slow treatment effect, which makes the patient prone to a heavy psychological burden, because the prolonged course of the disease itself is a heavy psychological pressure; the pain or discomfort caused by the disease, the pain or trouble of treatment, the complexity and tediousness of examination are also bound to have a psychological impact. In addition, the prolonged recuperation brings a lot of trouble and difficulties to family members, relatives and friends, which leads to conflicts and problems in interpersonal relationships. All of these can cause changes in the psychological activities of chronic patients. It is not difficult to find out from the X-rays that femoral head necrosis, especially in the middle and late stages, is accompanied by changes in bone mineral content, i.e. calcium content. Therefore, giving sufficient calcium daily can compensate for the loss of mineral content in the bones. Among common foods, the most calcium-rich are dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and ice cream. They are not only high in calcium, but also rich in phosphorus, another important mineral needed by the body. The calcium to phosphorus ratio in these dairy products is relatively moderate, which allows for the full absorption of calcium and phosphorus and other substances. Milk also contains protein, lactose and other substances. If you drink 2 cups of milk per day (about 480 ml) you will have enough calcium to meet the calcium requirements of an adult. Of course, since older people already lose a lot of calcium, they need even more calcium. In order to better absorb the calcium and phosphorus in dairy products, it is important to consume dairy products with frequent “sunbathing” for about 1 hour a day to get better results. Milk should be stirred continuously when heated to prevent calcium phosphate deposition, resulting in the loss of calcium and phosphorus; milk and food containing phytic acid, oxalic acid and dietary fiber at the same time will reduce the absorption of calcium, so milk should not be eaten with spinach, and should not be drunk with strong tea. In order to further increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in milk, vitamin A and vitamin D can be added to milk to become “compound milk”. Or add cod liver oil (containing a large amount of vitamin A and vitamin D) or vitamin A and vitamin D to ordinary milk, which can also promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Another food that contains more calcium is animal bone broth. Also in bone broth there are fatty acids as well as proteins, where fatty acids include saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Protein, lipids and calcium are all important substances in the formation of bones, therefore, drinking more bone broth is also helpful in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. However, there are fewer calcium ions in bone broth and the concentration of calcium is low, so when cooking soup, the bones are first smashed and cracked, which can increase the dissolution rate of minerals and proteins. Seafood, such as fish and shrimp contain more calcium and phosphorus, and a reasonable ratio of calcium and phosphorus, is a high-quality source of calcium and phosphorus, so more seafood food, for patients with femoral head necrosis is very beneficial. When consuming fish and shrimp, choose the appropriate cooking method and eat with shrimp skin, because these ingredients contain more calcium.
