What should patients with ruptured lymphatic vessels caused by malignant lymphoma of the vulva eat?

  Malignant lymphoma of the vulva involving the genital tract is usually part of a systemic disease, commonly found in the gastrointestinal tract, pharyngeal lymphatic rings, and skin. One of the common symptoms of vulvar malignant lymphoma is rupture of lymphatic vessels, which can trigger lymphatic vessels, inflammation and thickening of the walls, dilatation of all lymphatic vessels between the intestinal trunk and the thoracic duct, dynamic obstruction due to incomplete closure of the valves in the vessels, and cause blockage of lymphatic fluid and increase of pressure in the lymphatic vessels, with rupture occurring at the weakest point.  Patients should observe the following principles in diet: It is advisable (1) to eat more foods with anti-vulvar tumor and leukoplakia effects, such as sesame, almond, wheat, barley, hygroscopic gourd, oyster chicken, squid, wuzi snake, pig pancreas, chrysanthemum, umeboshi, peach, lychee, horsetail, chicken blood, eel, abalone, crab, horseshoe crab, sardine, clam, tortoiseshell.  (2) Water chestnut, taro, walnut, lychee, yellow catfish, snail, lamb belly, cat meat and oyster are suitable for swollen lymph nodes.  (3) Fever is appropriate to eat bean curd, figs, barley, mung beans, bitter melon, knotty gourd, rhizome, and water snake.  (4) Night sweats are appropriate to eat pig heart, lamb belly, oats, sorghum, tofu skin.  (5) After surgery, depletion of qi and injury to blood, it is advisable to eat more products that nourish qi and blood, such as jujube, longan, lentil, japonica rice, lychee, shiitake mushroom, carrot, quail egg, lotus root powder, beans, etc.  (6) Post-surgical radiotherapy: consuming Yin and losing fluid, it is advisable to eat more products that nourish Yin and nourish fluid, such as spinach, small hundred vegetables, lotus root, plough, watermelon, banana, grape, sea cucumber, sugar cane, lily, etc.  (7) Chemotherapy after surgery: easy to lose both qi and blood, it is advisable to eat often to nourish qi and blood, such as fungus, mushroom, walnut, mulberry, coix congee, red dates, cinnamon, sea cucumber, etc.  Avoid (1) Avoid coffee and other excitatory drinks.  (2) Avoid spicy stimulating foods such as onion, garlic, ginger and cinnamon.  (3) avoid fatty, fried, moldy, pickled food.  (4) Avoid rooster, pig’s head meat and other hairy things.  (5) Avoid seafood.  (6) Avoid lamb, dog, leek, pepper and other warm food.  (7) Avoid smoking and alcohol.
