What is the treatment procedure of the auricular reconstruction sequence by the microtia expansion method?

For congenital microtia, surgery is required. There are 3 surgeries: the first surgery is to bury an expander behind the affected ear; the second surgery is to take 1~3 pieces of autologous rib cartilage to reconstruct the ear, giving you a real ear of your own; the third surgery is to perform local aesthetic fine trimming and sculpting of each sub-structure of the reconstructed ear to make the reconstructed ear more natural and beautiful. For the first surgery, you will be hospitalized for 5~7 days, then you will come to the hospital 3 times a week to pump water into the expander and remove the stitches after 3 pumps, for a total of 1.5 months (out-of-town patients can rent rooms around the hospital to facilitate the pumping), and come back for the second surgery after 20 days of skin care at home; for the second surgery, you will be hospitalized for about 7 days and remove the stitches in 10 days; for the third surgery, you will be hospitalized for about 3 days and remove the stitches in 10 days.
