Patient: I have been itching around my anus for two or three years, and I never cared about it before. The skin around the anus feels dry, and if I wipe it with a tissue when I have a bowel movement, it feels unclean and it keeps itching, and I have to wash it with warm water to avoid it. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, will it turn into skin cancer in the future? I am so scared.
