Symptoms of gynecological infections

Gynecological inflammation is the most common type of obstetrics and gynecology disease. It includes vulvovaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis and pelvic inflammatory disease. The clinical manifestations of gynecological and obstetrical inflammatory diseases can be divided into the following categories: First, abdominal pain: when pelvic inflammatory disease occurs, the stimulation of inflammation can lead to pain in the lower abdomen. If the degree of pelvic inflammatory disease is light, the patient can only manifest as lower abdominal discomfort, swelling and so on. When the pelvic inflammation is aggravated, it can be manifested as persistent pain in the lower abdomen, which can be accompanied by abnormal secretions, fever and other symptoms. Second, abnormal leukorrhea: when the patient has vulvovaginal inflammation, it can be manifested as abnormal vaginal secretion, such as yellow secretion, bean dregs-like secretion, etc., accompanied by vulvovaginal odor. Third, vulvar itching and pain: under normal circumstances, women’s vulva and vagina do not have symptoms of itching and pain. When there is vulvovaginal inflammation, under the stimulation of vaginal inflammation, there may be redness, swelling and fever of the vulvovaginal mucosa, and at the same time, there are symptoms such as itching and pain. In summary, when women have lower abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal discharge and vulvar itching and pain symptoms, it suggests the possibility of gynecological inflammation, and they need to consult a doctor in time to avoid delaying their condition.
