Female breast knowledge quiz, you know which

What do you know about women’s breasts? The breast is the most important organ of women and the best interpretation of female beauty. But, do you really know it? Let’s uncover the amazing little secrets of women’s breasts. My breasts don’t look exactly the same on both sides? This problem is actually not as serious as it seems – probably many women will find that their left and right breasts are indeed a little asymmetrical when they take a good look at their breasts. Just like the left and right sides of a person’s face are not perfectly symmetrical. A little hard work and a lot of exercise can make a difference. The thing to be wary of is a sudden change in the size of one of the breasts. This often means big trouble. Seek medical attention as soon as you notice it! What are the early symptoms of breast cancer? The probability of developing breast cancer between the ages of 30 and 40 is 1 in 250, while between the ages of 41 and 50, the probability increases to 1 in 67. However, with the improvement of early detection technology, the mortality rate of breast cancer has decreased significantly compared to the past. Look for the following early signs of breast cancer: new lumps or thickening in the breast; changes in the size or shape of the breast; rough or wrinkled skin; swollen, red or warm breast skin; sore spots in the breast that do not change with the menstrual cycle; blood in the breast discharge or discharge; nipple invagination; itching, pain or keratinization of one nipple. Is there often discharge from the breast? Discharge from the breast is a common problem. Most nursing women produce fluid when they are squeezed around their nipples. However, it is best to go to the hospital when: discharge occurs spontaneously without external stimulation; discharge occurs frequently and only on one nipple; or there is blood in the discharge. Other causes include fibrocysts, dilated milk ducts or end-of-pregnancy symptoms, etc. There is also a 15% chance of breast cancer. Physical activity can reduce the probability of breast cancer by 40% for women, according to Dr. Anne McTiernan, staff member of the Seattle Fred Hucthinson Cancer Research Center and editor-in-chief of the magazine “Breast Fit”. She recommends that women should get a half hour of physical activity every day. Breast cancer has a clear tendency to run in families Genetic factors have been recognized as an important reason for the development of breast cancer. If someone in your family has had breast cancer, your own chances of developing breast cancer are about 2 to 3 times higher than normal. Dietary habits are also an important cause of breast cancer. Countries with high fatty foods have a higher incidence of breast cancer. Breast tumor ≠ breast cancer A hard, round, rubbery lump in the breast does not necessarily mean that it is cancer. For premenopausal women, the ratio of malignant to benign breast tumors is 1:12. Most benign tumors in young women are fibrous tumors. Usually, surgical removal is not required. However, women over the age of 40 who have a significant lump (even if the change is considered benign after mammography, ultrasound or cytology) should have it removed and further pathological tests should be done to confirm that it is a benign lesion before they can rest assured. Does breast cancer surgery necessarily require removal of the breast? In recent years, because of the advancement of radiation therapy machines and techniques, the treatment of early stage breast cancer no longer requires the removal of the breast, and most of them do not require chemotherapy. For early stage breast cancer treatment, only the local lump and some of the surrounding normal breast tissue and the ipsilateral axillary lymph gland can be removed, and radiation therapy can be used after surgery instead of mastectomy. Both different treatment options have fairly good results. Monthly self-examinations Take some time each month to lie down after bathing and do a careful self-examination of your breasts. The best time to do this is within 7 days of the start of your cycle, or on the 4th day after it ends. In any case, caring for yourself is the right attitude for every smart woman – 80% of palpable breast tumors are discovered by the patients themselves.
