The first step is to visit a regular hospital urology department to see if surgery is needed. Generally speaking, surgery is needed for circumcision (those whose foreskin cannot be turned up), tight foreskin opening, recurrent circumcision, and those whose sexual life is affected. For small children, it is better to operate around the age of 10.
The most commonly used surgical methods in clinical practice are the following three, some hospitals advocate Korean circumcision, laser, microsculpture, nano-molecular and so on, very fancy name surgical methods, in fact, the first.
The first one is the traditional circumcision surgery
After local anesthesia, the surgical cuff-like excision of excess foreskin, subcutaneous bleeding point electrocoagulation hemostasis, foreskin two cutting edge absorbable thread suture, elastic bandage bandage. The bandage was removed 3 days after surgery. After the removal of the bandage gauze, the use of disinfectant, incision disinfection, can be taken orally to reduce swelling, anti-erection and other drugs, generally do not need to use antibiotics. There is no need for other treatments such as infusions and light.
The second surgical procedure is the commercial ring: a matching anastomosis is selected according to the diameter of the penis. The anastomosis is divided into an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring is placed on the penis first, the foreskin is turned over to the inner ring, the length of the inner and outer plates are adjusted, the outer ring is seized to the inner ring, and the excess foreskin is removed. The stuck area of foreskin will naturally necrotize and heal.
The third surgical procedure is a disposable foreskin anastomosis
A matching circumcision device is selected according to the diameter of the penis. A bell-shaped glans seat is placed, the length of the tether and inner plate is adjusted and the excess foreskin is cut at once, while titanium staples are secured and the incision is wrapped with an elastic bandage.
Each of the three surgical methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, with the circumcision anastomosis increasingly replacing the first two with obvious advantages.
