After that, I went to the hospital for ultrasound of kidney, ureter and bladder. Then went to Southwest Hospital to do urodynamics and cystoscopy, urodynamics said the bladder sensory function is enhanced, the other are normal, Professor Jin said it is overactive bladder, but another doctor in Southwest Hospital (do not remember the name) said it is normal, then in Southwest Hospital about gynecology also did the relevant examination, no abnormal, then in late December in the gynecologist recommended to do mycoplasma chlamydia The test for Chlamydia and gonococcus was done at the end of December, and the test was positive for Mycoplasma solium, and was treated with western medicine for one month according to the drug sensitivity test, which was ineffective. 2 switched to Chinese herbal medicine treatment, which turned negative after one month. 3 Up to now, the test was repeated for three consecutive months, and it was all negative. However, the symptoms of frequent urination and swelling of the lower back, pain in the perineum and mons veneris have not disappeared, and the frequency of urination is sometimes light and sometimes heavy (sometimes half an hour, sometimes more than 10 minutes, sometimes an hour). I have looked up a lot of information on the internet and I see that my symptoms are very similar to interstitial cystitis, now I just feel like I want to pee after drinking water for a while, but only a little bit, and I feel that my bladder capacity is small. Please help me, the symptoms have been going on for 7 months now, if it is interstitial cystitis, can it be treated, I am getting married soon and I am so scared. Doctor: The analysis of your condition is not interstitial cystitis, which is mainly pain in the lower abdomen and an ulcer on cystoscopy. From the urodynamic examination and your symptoms, it should be overactive bladder, but there is no your obstruction need to read carefully the results of urodynamic examination. It is recommended to visit my clinic. We are in clinic all day every Tuesday. Patient: Hi Dr. Zhang, can overactive bladder also cause pain in the perineum and mons pubis? Can I call to make an appointment with you? Doctor: You can make an appointment. Patient: Can I come to the hospital for a cystoscopy? The water dilatation kind, the frequency of urination has increased in the past few days Doctor: Only interstitial cystitis can be done for water dilatation of the bladder, and only if the diagnosis is clear. Patient: Dr. Zhang, I was a patient who saw you on July 24. I had my urodynamics reviewed and the results were that the urinary flow rate was small and the maximum bladder capacity was 237 ml. Then I was prescribed a month’s worth of anti-inflammatory tablets, followed by another 20 days of Halle and Xyvac. After I took them, the frequency of urination was relieved to the point that I would only urinate for three hours without drinking water, sometimes for a longer period of time, and the pain was much relieved. My situation is not yet well, I know, I am now is that if I drink a small amount of water, or a short time to have the urge to urinate, do not drink water will be better, now I have no more medicine, stop a few days, frequent urination seems to be a little worse. Doctor: Generally take the medication for 10~12 weeks, then it is bladder training until it is like a normal person. Patient: Oh, okay, I’ve been taking the medication for 40 days, I’m still taking it for more than a month and that’s it, then you can’t have a baby during the medication period. Doctor: There is no restriction on diet and intercourse. The main thing you need to do is to divert your attention from the problem of urination, and to participate in more confrontational sports and cultural activities, such as playing mahjong, table tennis, dancing, etc. Just choose some activities that suit you. You can have a baby after 1 month of stopping the medication.
