The “hormone face” patients well, the indiscriminate use of cosmetics is the culprit

Recently, we have been swept up by reports of a celebrity endorsement of a microbusiness cosmetic brand causing disfigurement and facial disfigurement in a wide range of young women. In fact, we dermatologists have seen this phenomenon time and again in our clinic in recent years. Often, when we painstakingly explain to patients with skin damage and advise them not to use cosmetics indiscriminately, many patients are convinced that there is nothing wrong with the micro-business products they use, the “miracle cosmetics” recommended by friends, or the cosmetics purchased from online beauty salons, due to the trust in the apparent effect or the so-called friends, and due to the lack of proper scientific knowledge. The answer is “I’ve been using them for several years without any problems, but not after recently changing cosmetics or using them again?” So today I’ll tell you, it’s because you’ve been using it that you have this situation, which is called “hormone dependent dermatitis” in China! So women who love beauty pay attention to it, do not beauty can not be anti-disfigurement. Due to the proliferation of micro business online stores, the skin damage caused by the indiscriminate use of cosmetics will become a blowout in the next 2 years, see the spot is not a spot, but the microscopic damage caused by the indiscriminate use of cosmetics pigmentation; see the allergy is not an allergy, but the hormone dependent dermatitis caused by the indiscriminate use of masks; see the acne is not called acne, but hormonal acne rash, cosmetic contact dermatitis, etc.. The process of getting rid of the control of undesirable ingredients is hard, but persevere the future is bright! It is urgent to stay away from hormone dependence, purge the cosmetic market and regulate the management. The following science, I hope everyone can see, so that our skin healthy and beautiful. Hormonal dermatitis is called glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis, which refers to dermatitis caused by long-term external use of glucocorticoids. It is most commonly seen on the face and manifests as skin flushing, papules, skin atrophy and thinning, capillary dilation (commonly known as red blood), acne-like and rosacea-like rashes, with burning sensation, pain, itching, dryness and tightness. It seriously affects skin beauty and interferes with normal life and work. In fact, hormonal dermatitis (hereinafter referred to as the radical skin) can be completely prevented, pay attention to the following five points, you can stay away from the radical skin. 1. Be careful with anti-itch products Most of the anti-itch creams contain glucocorticoids, such as Skin Easy, Dermatoprene, Pikang Wang, Parezon, Enoxone, Dermacare Cream, Liyan Zhuo, Deshebao, Aoshen (compound flumethasone ointment), Ao Neng (halomethasone cream), new Stipend, compound fluoxetine acetate tincture, miconazole clobetasol cream, compound trimethoprim acetate solution, compound miconazole ointment, Youzhol, etc. all contain hormones. Even Eudragel, which contains weak hormones, can induce radical skin with long-term continuous or repeated use. In addition to anti-itch ointment, some of the consumer or ordinary cosmetics, claiming to be “hormone-free and pure Chinese medicine”, but has a magical anti-itch and anti-inflammatory effect, please also use with caution! 2. do not believe in skin detoxification After receiving skin beauty services, some people will have red, itchy skin symptoms, in fact, this is mostly because the skin is stimulated, allergic. But some bad operators often explain with skin detoxification, and will hide from you, quietly give you apply hormone cream, which makes many people unknowingly suffer from radical skin. 3. Do not blindly pursue the miracle of skin rejuvenation Applying hormone-containing products will make the facial skin quickly become smooth, delicate and rosy, as delicate and flawless as a baby, which is exactly the reason why unscrupulous businessmen illegally add hormones in cosmetics. Long-term use of hormone-containing creams or skin care products can lead to hairiness, redness, hyperpigmentation, and other radical skin manifestations. Therefore, if a product makes the skin abnormally delicate and soft quickly, beware that it may contain hormones. 4. Do not blindly pursue the miracle of whitening and spot removal Whitening and spot removal is a medical problem, which requires gradual progress and great individual differences, no skin expert (including doctors, professors and directors) in the world dares to promise to solve 100% of everyone’s whitening and spot removal troubles. In order to ensure the effect of whitening and spot removal, a few businesses illegally add hormones or heavy metals such as lead and mercury in the whitening and spot removal products, which will make users use them continuously because of the magical whitening and spot removal effect, and after a long time, acne, hairiness, red blood and other aggressive skin performance will appear; and/or heavy metal pigmentation of different shapes and colors, which will endanger internal organs such as liver and kidneys if the poisoning is serious. The medical name for “acne” is acne, an inflammatory reaction in and around the sebaceous glands of hair follicles. The root cause is genetic and androgenic stimulation, but it is also related to the environment, sleep, diet and other factors. Because of the complexity of the causes, there is no 100% effective acne elimination program (including drugs and instruments). Often, stubborn acne requires constant adjustment of the program according to the response to treatment and adherence to long-term treatment. Adding hormones can eliminate red acne almost 100% quickly, but once you stop using it, in addition to a large increase in the number of red acne, you will also experience the typical manifestations of aggressive skin such as acne, pustules, hirsutism, and red blood. Regular acne cosmetics (including elimination products) that meet legal requirements are usually less irritating and safer than topical acne medications, but their efficiency in eliminating acne will not exceed that of pharmaceuticals.
