The patient’s facial nevus, which affects the aesthetics, was incised with a long shuttle incision and 7-0 vascular sutures in order to avoid the upper and lower ends being sutured at an angle (commonly known as: cat ears), and 3 months after the stitches were removed, no scar or incision could be seen.
